In 1993, Ann and Paul Fox turned their love for plants and community into what is now Monkey Fountain Nursery, named after the beloved Monkey Fountain Zoo in Zambia. From day one, they set out to create more than a typical nursery – they wanted a gathering place where nature lovers, families, and neighbours could come together, feel inspired, and discover the joy of gardening.

Starting as a humble nursery, Monkey Fountain has flourished into a full-service garden centre. Alongside our lush selection of plants, we’ve added a pet shop, hardware store, and even a cosy coffee and pizza shop – everything you need to make our nursery a day’s destination.
